I am a GenX business professional and like many of us I have hit the glass ceiling. Stuck in a rut personally and professionally I’ve decided it’s time to focus on me.

I am excited to be embarking on a 6-month journey through the mentoring program at EQmentor. This is my story. This is my experience. I will document my 6-month journey as a mentee in the EQmentor program.

This is an anonymous mentoring program therefore my identity here cannot be disclosed. But I assure you I am just like you. I could be one of your friends. I could be one of your coworkers.
